Jack Neill is 20 years old. Jack was born in the Scottish capital of Edinburgh and lives with his family in the Scottish county of Fife. He is a Criminal Justice student at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS). He is also a new recruit for the British Army Reserve and he is based with the 6 Scots. Jack is a devout British Unionist, Eurosceptic and political activist and stood as a parliamentary candidate for the UK Independence Party (UKIP) for the Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath constituency during the 2015 General Election. Jack became actively involved in politics during the Scottish Independence referendum as he saw that this as a direct threat to the very existence of the country he deeply love and cherish – the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. He would describe himself as a conservative-minded individual with libertarian leanings. Some of the ideas he believes in are: a small state, low-taxation, market forces, a strong defence, strong border controls, a foreign policy of non-intervention, the protection of British overseas territories and the de-criminalisation of cannabis. Jack is an ardent critic of cultural Marxism. As his blog’s title “British Solidarity” suggests, he will writing mostly in defence of the British Union, however, he will try to write about other politically-orientated topics from time to time.

Jack’s recent post:
